The Management Apprenticeship is suited to candidates currently in a supervisor/management position. It is designed to recognise occupational competence in management and leadership. Through skills and experience, learners will be able to competently perform a range of tasks related to their job role to work towards the qualification. This qualification will aid in the development of their own personal growth and engagement in learning through the development of personal, learning and thinking skills. It uses a combination of mandatory and optional units making the qualification versatile and have the ability to be tailored to each individual learner depending on their job role.

Knowledge of Employment Rights and Responsibilities
The apprenticeship consists of several components each of which will be assessed in their own way. Assessment will take place in the workplace; your assessor will visit you on a monthly basis to work towards the evidence needed for your qualification.
NVQ- Combination of online exams and a variety of portfolio evidence that can be gathered from implement and existing documents used within individuals job role.
Employer Rights and Responsibilities- Successful completion of ERR Workbook
Functional Skills (Maths/English)- Achieve the required examinations.
